Capable agents are available to serve you over the phone, or face-to-face in our walk-in Customer Centers in Chicago, Buffalo, Los Angeles, New York and Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

Our focus on customer service is reflected in the success of our business initiatives. This year, SBLI USA was honored as first runner-up in the sales and marketing category of the Cisco Growing with Technology Awards. The greatest reward for us, however, was the 97% customer satisfaction rating we received from you, our policyholders.

In a world all too familiar with tragedy and loss, SBLI USA Associates have continued our tradition of optimism by volunteering in the communities we serve. Each year, every Associate is granted up to 2 paid days off to volunteer. SBLI USA has worked with many organizations both locally and nationally to live our mission to blend financial strength with compassion and citizenship. Girls Inc, the national organization dedicated to the development and empowerment of girls, awarded our company its annual Corporate Vision Award for service to the community.
